Default The Dealership Review Thread

In here you can give a review of a dealersihp you had a good or bad experience with, so others know whether they should or shouldn't use that dealership.

North Shore VW - Beverly, MA - By far the worst dealership I've been to out of three. The service department, specifically the service manager, are terrible. One guy that works there, Avery, is a nice guy, but watch out for the rest. At least on 3 occasions I got my car back with grease on the interior and had to bring it back to get cleaned. I always have to wait a LONG time for an appointment. They blamed my blown transmission (with 25k on my car) on me. Then when I talked to the mechanic who did the actual work, he said it was definitely not my fault. Then my tranny blew again, come to find out, they didn't put enough gear oil in it. Now I am without my car for over a week because of their mess up. Then I call them and the service manager, Al, denies that it is their fault, while 2 other VW mechanics tell me it's definitely the problem.

Montesi VW, North Haven, CT - Great service, nice people, fast. No complaints whatsoever about this dealership. I do as much business as possible with them. They have never complained about my mods(MAF replaced with my intake and tranny replaced with my LW flywheel and short shifter). Gary Montesi, the owner, also donated a lot of items to the Big Ass GTG.

Lynch Imports, Daytona Beach, FL - Only been there a couple times, but never had a bad experience. Nice guys, and very easy to get an appointment.
