...As I thought.
Got down there and I could not get my seat to POP. The woman was nice about it tho' and said that I can come ANY time it is happening... just come down and tell her or whoever else is there and they will look at it right away.
So at least her response was nice.
Gave me a chance to drive around and also to hit a dunkin donuts on the way back.
