Does it crank, or click, or anything? I know you put in a new battery, but just out of curiosity, did you try jump-starting it? Might be the alternator if it starts, and your only pulling 12v across the battery. Could be the plugs...maybe banging on the starter a bit...starter solenoid...clutch switch engagement issue?
