Fuel pump wiring should be the same (unless the 1.3 had a mechanical fuel pump, in which case there should be a relay for the fuel pump (cleverly called the fuel pump relay) - it gets constant power to one pole (ignition on) - gets momentary power when you first turn on the key and then depends on a signal from the hal sensor to the ECU to the relay to keep pumping - you can do it far easier with a fused wire to a switch on the dash (make sure it's only "hot" when the igntion is on).

The warm up regulator works off of a timing relay I believe -

Sorry I can't be more specific with the wiring than this bit of speculation and theory - but you can run the fuel pump off of a toggle switch and bypass all the relays and stuff - the warm up regulator - maybe -
