Okay if your careful you might get away with only minimal damage to the panel. Okay take off the trim piece that goes around the door pull(I believe it slides foward)next take the center trim piece off of the grab handle(use a small flathead screwwdriver to pry it up)there are two phillips screws that hold that on. Remove the window crank if you have one(remove the trim piece and there is a phillips screw again pry up the trim piece with a small flathead)now on either end of your door panel there are four phillips screws(two on either end)you'll need to remove them. Just open another one of your doors and you'll see where they are. To get the ones in the back just remove the upper part of the back seat(like I mentioned in previous post)and you can access the two screws on the back part of the door panel. For the two on the front you need to remove your b-pillar trim and pull away the weather stripping and you MIGHT be able to get to them. If not you'll just have to pull the panel off with force, it'll mess up the area around the screws but if your careful the damage will be minimal
