Default problem with cold starts getting much worse

I purchased my 84 1.8 cabriolet about 2 months ago.
Ran great when purchased until about 3 weeks ago when the fuel pump went out.
No big deal, I replaced it.
Had a coolant leak 2 days after that and fixed that also.

Now it will not start and stay running when cold.
I replaced the fuel filter and the intank pump. No change.
New cap, wires, & plugs. no change.

Now a few weeks have gone by and it is getting much worse. The car wont stay running if I let off the gas at all. Even after it warms up I have to keep revving the thing to stay running.
Today I tried a cold start injector , temp switch and idle air control from the salvage yard along with a new air filter and nothing changed. I also hit the throttle body and fuel plate with carb cleaner.
Its going to make me crazy. What else is there?
Can you help me figure this out?
What do I try next.

Thank you,
Eric
