Actually, my wife and I are moving to Christiansburg (10 minutes from Blacksburg) in about a month and a half. I just googled your house and it's about 2hrs 15mins from Blacksburg.
We have been renting for a little over a year here in southern MD (La Plata). We wanted to buy a house and start putting some equity into it, but we just can't afford it here. Prices in Southwest VA are way more affordable.
I know there are a fair amount of VT dubbers. Once we get settled down there, I'd like to organize some G2Gs. I'll be sure to post them on here if it comes to fruition.
