Pull the injectors out and put themin clear bottles. Remove the boot from the top of the flow plate. Jumper the fuel pump relay on and pull the flowplate up until you get a steady spray of fuel from the injectors.

If this doesn't help try turning up the idle fuel adjustment (3mm allen, covered in the bentley manual). Also check for vacuum leaks.

You're running off the cold start injector... just gotta get enough fuel flowing through the rest of the system.
