Okay, found the fix!! If you have this problem first step is to "re-initialize" the memory function, Yep, got to read that owners' manual! If you have battery interuption (replacement , ect) you MUST move seat all the way forward to stop, all the up to stop and the backrest all the way forward to stop to re-intialize, bingo that was it for me. Memory works fine. Don't let the dealer sell you a replacement module ($400) without trying this first!
