Guys, I need help...

So last night I went to this party with a friend... it was an open bar, and he had a bit too much to drink - more than twice as much as me.

Anyways... on the way home we came to a stop light and he tried to puke out the window but didn't quite make it... there was vomit all down the outside of my car and down the inside of my door... and there's vomit down inside the window where I cannot get it out!!

Is it even worth trying to take the door panel off myself so I can clean inside there (in the window track area), and how do I get the panel off, or should I take it somewhere? And where should I take it? A car audio place? Straight to VW?

Also, does anyone have any ideas for how to get vomit out of upholstery? He somehow even got it on the pillar next to the windshield that has the side airbags. He drank cranberry juice and red wine, so I have a feeling it's just not coming out but if anyone has any ideas...
