Id have to be there to really see how "stuck" it is but I would think with the other three keys in and maybe part of the metal in a hanging file folder pushed as deep as you could in the 4th slot, and a little force would pop it out. I mean, the "locking" mechanism is already messed up so you should worry about breaking anything. Either way, with a little elbow grease I think you could get it out without breaking anything further.
