Default Exhaust downpipe sheared stud extraction question

Something I've been meaning to do ever since I bought the car is to replace a sheared stud connecting the downpipe to the manifold (bottom, passenger-most side). This coming weekend, I am replacing the clutch and therefore, will have the transmission out of the vehicle. I am assuming this will give me precious real-estate to work around in.

I have a couple questions though. Does anybody know what the length, diameter, and pitch the studs are? Also, since the break is flush with the downpipe, that leaves a little stud material sticking out of the manifold, what is the best way to extract the remaining stud?

Thanks.
