my first guess would be motor mount even though you said they are good, cv joints usually click when turning. with the car at idle, and make sure you nobody is in front of the car, with the car in gear, hold the brake and let the clutch out hard enough but enough that it wont stall or fully enguage, do the same with it in reverse, some time you can find the clunking that way, also you can see the engine flex under the hood, best to do with two people of course
