suggestion - do you have a multimeter? figure out which fuse is for the wiper pump function and use a multimeter to see if you are getting a current jump when you activate the switch. if you are sending power to the pump, and the resevoir contains fluid, then it sounds like a problem w pump. check electrical contacts for the pump and make sure they are not corroded. if that aint it... you may need a new pump.
