Default boost problems

so i own a 2000 gti 1.8t. its got the apr chip, forge diverter valve (i think the green spring is the one installed) and supersprint exaust. yesterday i noticed my car was driving really wierd, it would accelerate like normal at first but then just fall on its face through any gear. and then i noticed my vdo boost gauge is all over the place. at full throttle it jumps all the way up to about 20 psi and then plummets to around 4 or 5. and this is in stock mode when your only supposed to hit around 12. so i think whats happening is for some reason im building way too much boost and the engine goes into limp mode. luckily i own vag-com so i ran the codes and it gave me these.

17521 (p1113) Bank1-sensor1 internal resistance too high.
17522 (p1114) Bank1-sensor2 Internal resistance too high.
17963 (p1555) Charge pressure upper limit exceeded.

im really not sure where to begin. i used to own a civic si before this so im pretty much a noob when it comes to turbo'd vw's. any help would b greatly appreciated.

on a side note, why the f*** does everyone want a civic si?!?! this chipped gti is ten times the car that civic was. faster, roomier, handles better, and the leather is oh so soft. goodbye japan, hello germany!
