Ok... I also, don't particularly like Haynes or for that matter Chilton manuals. In my opinion Bentley is the best; however, Bentley will cost $90 to $125, if even you can still find one for your Scirocco; Haynes / Chilton will cost you about 80 percent less.

Can't aford a replacement "signal / cruise control lever" for $40 +/- $5; suggest you sell your Scirocco to someone that can aford to keep her and buy another vehicle.

Owned and drove; 1982 Scirocco, 1.7L 5-speed, as a daily driver for 20 years plus and over 220K miles until retired 2002.
