Default power steering
Yes, both 1993 Fox and 1993 Fox GL have power steering.

PS: All cars steering will get easier at higher speed. That is because less tire surface is touching the ground when driving, as the tire rises by ( C ) Force.

That is why some sports cars' computer stiffens the steering wheel at higher speed for higher responsivness.
