I have a 1999 jetta (not the square one), the problem is the car is stuck in 3rd gear it will not shift by itself or manually, its always in 3rd gear. it popped up a code for solenoid number 4 so he guy i bought it from had his trans guy replace the solenoid, still it will not shift, then i replaced the tcm, still nothing, i cant figure this out, has anyone ever had this problem? thanks guys
