I crossed battery terminals on my 2004 Jetta GLS Sedan 1.8T

I'm new to this forum and am in dire need of direction to help me quickly identify the issues with my car.

Problem:
Had to replace battery. New battery was replaced, but terminal cables were initially crossed followed by 2-3 attempts to start the ignition while cables were crossed. Everytime I turned ignition interior electrical went haywire along with fan in engine. After that, the car wouldn't start. My friend drove out to help, and he pointed out the problem (crossed terminals) then jump started the jetta and I went on with my day. Jett ran fine nearly that entire day then stalling occurred approx 10-12hrs later.

Measures taken to remedy stalling:
1) Alternator replaced.
2) Replaced ignition relay (409).

I get crank out of it now since updating relay, but doesn't turn over. Battery, however, does hold it's charge (all electrical seems to be in working order). Keep in mind it's the same battery that* I crossed the terminal cables with.

So where do I go from here?

*NOTE: no power to radio at all (w updated fuses)

Hope this is a simple solution (fingers crossed).

Thank you so much forum members
