I have a 1965 beetle I'm restoring and i have no idea what size motor is in it. I was wondering if there was a place i could go to decode the block numbers and the vin? This will be my first vw build.
Post the engine # here and we can tell you a little of it. The VIN # is a a little different ,we should be able to tell you a build date but that's about all that # will tell you.
