Bleach works great. Go to the Dollar store and get like 5 gallons for 5$
Why isn't Vanilla banned?

Bleach actually makes the rubber in the tires softer, and if overdone can screw up your tires.
Automatic Trans Fluid works great, and provides insane smoke.
Here's a good smokeshow with no chemical additives:

Tire shine or quick detailer work wonders as well. And both smell have decent will doing the burn out!!!

The idea of putting oil all over your tires and brakes is just stupid. That is why they drive pickup trucks and we drive dubs.
