Default Ticking on my 2005 VW Jetta

I own a 2005 VW Jetta and recently have started to hear a "ticking" noise from my engine when I am driving. My Jetta has 28K miles on it and this is the first time I am experiencing any problems with it. Has anyone else experienced this problem and if so, what did you do to correct it. It doesnt appear to be there when my car is idiling ONLY when I am in motion.

Default OOPS

Also, I just had my oil changed and this is something I try and keep up on, getting it done every 3K miles. So, the oil is fresh that is in my car!

16V, your professional opionion what do you think it is IF it is not the oil level. Let me describe the sound....I had a friend that had a Bronco II and his cam went bad. THIS SOUNDS EXACTLY LIKE THAT!!!!!! It is all covered under warranty but.....its a 2005, I should not be having this problems this early on!

First and foremost you don't have 16 valves unless you've got 2 of those motors under the hood.

And if you have valvetrain noise it could be any number of things causing it. What brand and weight of oil was used when it was changed?
