What can you tell me about an '81 Caddy

I have recently found an '81 pickup and have to go look it over. Any helpful hints as to what to look for on a gas engine with 200,000 miles. As a newbie can I expect a lot more mileage from this vehicle? The owner says that it was very well cared for. Thoughts? Thanks!
