Question Winter and 2012 2.5L Beetle, 5 cylinder, 5 speed manual transmission

As mentioned in an earlier query the vehicle is new to me and all the info that the MFD can display is a bit bewildering yet. Anyway, as I am in MA and temps, especially at night have been falling almost to zero, and days are just getting up to the 20's, I have noticed that the engine's coolant temp as displayed is generally 30 degrees, or even as low as 20 at times. It usually takes about six minutes of driving to get it up to the 195 degrees normal operating temp.

Is there any cause for concern in starting the engine at the low coolant temps? I usually just sit and let the engine idle until the temp begins to climb above 35 degrees. Less than a minute. Great heat when operating temp is reached.
