i'm cheap... i've been having coolant temp issues in my rabbit, i'm almost sure my thermo is sticking a little bit so what i plan to do is take out the thermo completely so my coolant runs full flush all the time, i know that i'll have no heat in winter but by that time i'll buy a thermo.... i'm just gonna try this is the mean time to see what happens... v8 muscle car head gave me the idea i'll let you guys know if it works....
removing the thermostat will let the coolant flow through the bypass hose all the time and it wont run through the radiator
