Coolant Leak in Cylinder Head? Please Help

Hi Everyone,

I just bought a 1980 Scirocco to restore a few weeks ago and I flushed the coolant. Well it looks like the coolant/water is coming out from between the timing belt tensioner and the cam sprocket. Does anyone know if there is a freeze plug on that end of the cylinder head and does anyone know what size?

The only other things it could be are either a blown head gasket or a crack in the cylinder head. The car only has 50k miles on it, but it has been sitting and the coolant looks more like rusty water.

Sure enough, the mechanic tore it down and found there is a freeze plug on the cylinder head right above the timing belt tensioner. Got if fixed and I am hoping I am good to go.
