header
does naybody know of any place I can get a header from for an aba conversion in my rabbit, or do I have to use a manifold and down pipe

Mani and downpipe typically.
Bosal headers are 2pc and made in a way that you can put a spacer between the 2 parts and make up for the taller block. Downside is that it's $400 for a Bosal header and it doesn't make much more power than the stock manifold and a TT long dual downpipe.
