okay so when i hold that plunger up the car runs great. what could this mean?

okay so it does start when i pull the plunger up. what could that be?

either your fuel dist is bad, or needs adjustment, adjust that screw like I was saying before, clockwise is richen, and counter is lean. I adjust mine at idle, I turn play with the screw until the idle peaks. rev the car up between turns, DO NOT REV IT WITH THE ALLEN KEY OR TORX IN, it could bend things
