Default Mounting US plates on a Euro front bumper

I searched the archives with no luck. What is the easiest way to do this? I would like to use the existing bracket holes. Looked on ebay for euro plate mounting brackets with no luck as well.

Any help is appreciated!

I'm trying to put US plates on. Zip ties I have now are only temporary. I found a bracket that I can hopefully modify to work with the euro bracket holes.
