Default Ploting on a rear disc conversion.

I was thinking about putting rear discs on my cabby, what do i need, can it be done?

Searchy searchy. I've covered this one more than once. Look in the MK2 and MK3 sections as it's pretty much the same stuff. Also... check out MK1love.com. I've covered it there too.

i dunno if ur going for better looks or what, most people who have done the swap say it doesn't change braking much, i upgraded my car to the larger mk3 drums, direct bolt on.

Yea i was going for no where near the looks, just wanted a little more stoping power, but it needed rear brakes too. Last week i put all new drums, wheel bearings, wheel cylinders, brake shoes and all new hardware on, so that will be good for a while. Along with ebc pads and stock brembo oem replacements upfront, it stops awesome for what it is.
