I assume it's a rear quarter panel your seeking?
Have you tried a local junk/salvage yard?
Where are you located?

- the hatch itself (upon which the license tag hangs) OR the trunk "floor" that sit on top of the spare tire (to keep the stuff you carry in the trunk somewhat clean) ???

For either - check local auto salvage yards -

Your best bet would be an auto recycling center (junk yard, scrap yard, auto grave yard, what have you) - the opening / latch was incorporated to the key hole - I'm trying to recall exactly where it was on my sons 'vert - for some reason I think it was towards the bottom of the hatch - but I've been wrong before. You could rotate the key and lock it (when the key was removed) or rotate it (with the key) and still be able to open it (with the key removed).

Just curious - but - how'd you lose the hatch?
