Default Should I buy...?

Hey everyone, I'm looking for a car... I found a 1989 Cabrio. It has a Clipper kit, and is only 800. It needs a fuel pupmp though to be able to run. Tell me what you think of it. The pictures are here at this link... Is it worth it?
