Default Turbo info

hi there
new member here - like a virgin!

Iv got a 2l 8v motor - 2E long block, 276cam with 2l polo tech control unit on mp9 and im looking to turbocharge her.

looking to boost at about 0.4bar everyday and 1bar for special occations after i do the thicker head gasket. been told that the internals will handle the boost.

Thing is im not 100% sure about my info and sizes for intercooler, wastegate, etc..

If anyone out there can advise me on this and the correct sizes it would be appreciated.

Thanx
