If I am right the VW polo clasic runs off the VW fox US platform. So in US no. But eibach can custom fabricate you a set http://www.eibach.com/

I wouldn't think so, simply due to the chassis differences, but who knows.
The parts numbers from VW are different, this is from my contact in the UK, but part numbers don't always tell the whole story.

i have found springs they ar 60mm drop would i need shocks aswell?

Shocks will always help when you get new springs and i think most people will tell you yes they are needed. in some cases you can get away with stock shocks for a little bit but they will go in short time
