1989 Golf water pump swap & Pump ID
Needed to replace a leaking waterpump on my recently acquired 89 golf.
NAPA lists w/ 30mm Hub w/ 8 Mounting Holes WP 571094 $39.49 w/ 40mm Hub w/ 2 5/8" Hub Height WP 571068 $23.99 w/ 30mm Hub w/ 9 Mounting Holes WP 571267 $21.49 w/ 40mm Hub w/ 2 7/8" Hub Height WP 571341 $26.49 the old pump's engineering # is 049-121-019B if someone could let me know how to tell which one i've got.. and yes i could measure the hub.. but i'd just like a 2nd oppinion. ~J
