Hey I just purchased a 92 golf gti 2l 16v and am going to begin its makeover soon. However I am far from being a mechanic or even that knowledgeable in the area. I know alot of the basics but I was hoping someone might be able to give me a solid list of engine upgrades I should do with a $5000 budget for the motor. I don't really want to swap a vr6 or anything, just turbo it and make er strong as hell.
