Default a few questions on my golfs

i have a 92 golf and im trying to get a huge dent out of the rear right panel but i cant seem to get it out any recomendations

now i also have a 98 golf witch just had a new tranny put in the new tranny has 30,000 on it and it is already having problems in reverse i put the trans in about a week ago and it went well for a day then it started whining and poping out of gear like my old one was doing is this the tranny or could it be somthing else im confused also the battery keeps dying on me i havent been able to start in 3 days unless i jump it or roll it down a hill it ran great untill i put a 2000 watt subwoofer system in it and i know that the amp doesnt help but even when i unplug the amp and wofers she still wont rechage i tryed the battery out of my 92 golf, and tred trickle charging, nothing will get this car to start up when it needs to
pleese let me know what you know

test the battery with the key off, take a reading, should be 11.8ish, start the car and take another reading. if it's 14.x you're good. if it's 12.x you're alternator is on its last leg. if there is no change in voltage your alternator is burned out and needs to be replaced. do yourself a favor and buy a higher amperage unit and run larger cable from the alt + to the battery or dist. block. also upgrade the ground wire when you do this.

haha i got it the ground that goes to the tranny was off cuz i did a tranny job recently and didnt reconect the ground runs fine now
