hi my names buddy im 17 my life revolves around cars i been working on them sence i was 13 i just bought a 98 golf gl and the tranny blew right away after only 400 miles witch is nothing for me i can put 700 miles on a car in a day so im putting in a new tranny and my brother has a 92 golf gl and his tranny is on the way out the seal behind the cluch inside the bell housing is gone and the cluch got drenched in fluid i have a cluch to put in it but, if i change the seal wil the tranny be ok or will it go soon anyways??? i do know that the trannys have problems at high miles and this car is at 150k is it worth fixing??

well ass long as the codes on the bell housings are the same it will go right in without a prob at least mine did so idk what to say it was outa a totaled 92 cab
pulled it out myself and went right into my golf the only mod i had to do was switch the sensors |
