Intermittent Power Loss

Hello all, Had a question about an intermittent power loss, almost like one of the cylinders is dropping out at higher rpms. I'm going to do a full tune up on the car this weekend, but was curious if anyone else has had this issue and what the solution was. all opinions are welcome, and any help is greatly appreciated...
