I upgraded my front brakes to 10.1's and I'm upgrading my rears to discs. Do i have to get the larger master cylinder and brake booster or will the stocker work? I'd like to upgrade eventually either way but i wanna get the car together as soon as possible and I'm on a tight budget. Thanx in advance for any replies.

22 is a good plan. It's what cars with 10.1s had originally.
As for the budget... go wrecking yard shopping. They came on MK3s, 2L 16v MK2s, B3 16v Passats, G60 Corrados and Audi 4K Quatttos too.

the proportioning valve may be different between rear drums and rear disks - so use caution the first couple times out OR find a PV from a donor rear disk car and swap it in - it's been a lot of years since I did a swap to RD's - so I honestly just cannot recall -
