Default MK2 Sound System Upgrade

Hi there I can't seem to figure out how to remove the speaker grilles on my 87 Jetta. Heres a pic of it

small flathead...if you end up breaking the inner tabs you can glue it back on with a mild bonding compound like rubber cement or elmers glue

if you look at the picture on the left of the cover you can see a little cap and the screw is underneath
