my fuel dizzy(as i've eard calling it) it making a loud noise,like a dog wishle(the ones that you can hear a litle bit)
its pretty anoying

That's odd. Usually on a US car that would be the frequency valve, but your car doesn't have one. It's probably feedback from the injector chatter. The injectors "pulse" (pretty much open all the time) at a very high rate which makes them make that noise.
