What year/model is your VW? I don't think Neuspeed makes exhaust for MK2s anyway. Most people here will tell you to go with a TT/Borla setup. Check 'em out...

They're a great company to buy from, and everyone I've ever spoken w/ was very knowlegable. And it would be a lot less that $700.

TT/Borla unless your dead set on Neuspeed or you have a Mk4....

to my kno3ledge neuspeed does not make a mk2 setup. i third or fourth or whereever we're at the TT exhaust. best in the business.
