Seat replacements

Hi, I'm new here with a 1985 Jetta with 420,00+ miles on it. Interior is not bad at all. Seats ARE getting wore out though. I was wondering what seats will fit in there, with minimal modification. Thanks

Did you mean 420k or 42k miles?

Most any German Cars Seats will work. Most any Recaro aftermarket ones will too. Any Golf, Passat, cabriolet, fox, scirroco, corado, jetta, GTI seat will work. Just double check the 4 bolt dimensions and pattern and overall width of the base of the seat. You can even mod the bolt pattern if needed. I would check your junkyard. Most likely the Recaros in a BMW would be sweet too.
