Should I buy this

I found an 86 jetta wolfsburg with 56k and a solid body its red and it nees a brake line and battery.
An old lady owned it died and it was in a garage for 15 years and some guy bought the house and the jetta came with it legally.
I was looking for a project for a while now and this might be worth it.
I want to vr6 swap it but with 56k i might see what i could do with it.

THE PRICE is 300 bucks should I get it?

15 year old gas, dry rotted hoses, and cracked belts...swap it or sell it off. a buddy just inherited a 15k original mile Ranchero that sat in a garage for YEARS... it has stolen his wallet and f'd his wife multiple times...cars that sat for that long can not be trusted.

Damn. I wish I lived in the U.S. I would pick that car up in a second. It is worth every penny of the $300 if it is clean.

I want it soo bad but i have to sell my eclipse first and that will take a couple months so i am hoping the guy has it still cause i will have some money to play with
