what makes coil loose power whe i turn on the key?
i made a new discovery with the no starting issue i tested my coil and it looses all but 00.15 volts whe the key is in the on position what could cause this issue?

when the keys on does any electrics turn on like lights stero ect. the battery only has so much power and it runs everything till the car starts and the alternator kicks in
|

the car turns over but no spark the voltage is at 12.00 but when the car is in the on position the voltage goes to 00.15 on a fully charged battery what are all the possiablitys of the cause any ideas would be greatly appreciated
