Default 1995 VR6 vs. BMW 318i

two nights ago i got onto the expressway rqampo after work and this guy that works with me in a red 318i floated past me and i knew it was a challenge. so we were leaving work last night and i was in front of him staying in high rpm's in second gear. i knew he was take off again and i didnt want to be left behind so as soon as i got off the on ramp i hit it and so did he and i pulled about 2 or 3 cars on him i went to fifth gear and we were up to 120 so i decided to cut it off because we were coming on some traffic.

tonight i have my other car so hopefully he will race again but im glad the vr took a bmw!!!

first kill for the jetta

Yes, the 318ti is a four-banger, my friend just bought one.

but a M series 6 cylinder is an easy swap

i was just looking it up and it said 134hp.

i'm not busting your balls don't get me wrong i just hope your more confident. beating a stock 318 isn' t much. you need to be up there with the 325 and bolt-ons up to the 328

just be safe

Having driven both, the butt dyno says a e36 325is = about a 16v Rabbit. The track says Mild Rado VR6 = about a 16v Rabbit. I'll let you figure it out from there... keep it on the track.
