97 Jetta Rear PAss Window not working

My 97 Jetta GLX VR6 rear passenger window made a pop sound the other day when I rolled it up and then today after I rolled it down and wouldn't go up. I had to carefully unscrew the door panels and gain access to the window to get it back up but it did not fix the problem. It seems like it popped off the track. It will roll down using the switch but it will not go up.. Any help what the problem might be would be great. Also I had trouble taking the door panel off. There are 6 screws on the door panel but after removing them I was only able to pull the panel back but not off.. is there anything else I need to consider?.

u could have poped the cam on the window motar or poped a track
pop off the door pannel on both rear doors and just see if they they both look the same sometimes u can notace something isnt in the right place of see if somthing is broken
