Default 98 Jetta Arming itself while driving

Hey everybody,
I'm just looking for some help with a problem I have with my 98 Jetta. I love everything about it, except recently it has started arming itself as i am driving. If I disarm it, it seems to rearm itself again a minute later. If anyone could direct me to where I might find a solution to this problem, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

sounds like the fuse or alarm relay is bad.
