Default Door trim pieces

So I'm getting my car painted this week and I need the trim piece for the rear drivers side door. My local junk yard had a 97 Jetta but no golfs. Looking at pictures they look to be the same piece. Are those trim pieces interchangeable?

The rear doors on Golfs and Jettas are NOT interchangeable - though the front ones are. I am not sure about the trim piece but they're cheap enough at the junkyard you can try one. Either that or you can just ride around with no trim pieces on and a fresh paint job till you find one!
